About Studio M
Our mission at Studio M is to provide our community with a nurturing space for personal and spiritual practice. Our methods encourage connection of mind, body and spirit by creating a balance between stillness and movement through a variety of modalities.

Our space is located at 219 S Kingston Street in Caledonia, Minnesota.
The building was erected to the south of Wagner Brewery and Union Hall in 1903 by Walter Goergen where it housed the Banner Restaurant, a bowling alley and pool hall until becoming a movie theater surviving through the years until television stole the show and then it spent decades accommodating ventures. In 2019, deconstruction began where it was put on hold multiple times for other projects before completion of Studio M in 2022.

Studio M was created for all ages of our surrounding area to connect to themselves and others. This beautiful, safe space is here for people to feel supported as they move their own mountains through mindfulness and movement.
Our Services
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation is a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving mental health and enhancing overall well-being. These guided gatherings provided structured instructions, promoting relaxation, emotional regulation and self-awareness. Come as you are, comfort provided!
Salt
COMING SOON!!!
A salt room is designed to mimic the microclimate of natural salt caves. The air is filled with microscopic salt particles. This therapy is known to improve respiratory issues, alleviate skin conditions as well as reduce stress and inflammation.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that promotes a holistic approach to peace and harmony. This gentle, noninvasive technique to physical/mental/emotional/spiritual alignment is great for deep relaxation and stress relief as well as many therapeutic benefits to maintenance and reset your energy.

Sound Bath
A sound bath involves singing bowls swarming the room creating a healing vibrational frequencies known to significantly improve spiritual well-being. This practice is proven to reduce stress and tension while regulating the nervous system. These benefits must be experienced!
Sauna
Enjoy the warmth of our infared sauna on a cellular level sure to induce detoxification and sweating, skin rejuvenation, muscle recovery, inflammation reduction and relaxation!
